Tracklib website requirements

Our site is made available free of charge.

We do not guarantee that our site, or any Content, will always be available or be uninterrupted. Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis. We may suspend, withdraw, discontinue or change all or any part of our Site or your registration on it without notice. We will not be liable to you if for any reason our Site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Site (and all its features and content) and the Content. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved. You shall not access or attempt to access user accounts that you are not authorised to access. Violations of system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability.

Downloads and licensing

How we will accept your order for a download of Content. Our acceptance of your download order will take place when it is placed by and payment made by you at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us. Please note that once the downloading of any Content you have ordered has begun, ****you will lose your any right you might have to withdraw from or cancel any purchase of that download. **** 

How we can accept your request for a commercial use of Content. Subject to your becoming a registered user you ..

  1. subject to paying all required fees, you may download Content for private non-commercial use;
  2. test the usage of Content  in a  production folder for research purposes (including together with your own or other recordings so long as you are fully entitled to use those other recordings ; and
  3. **As a request a license for non-private or commercial use of Content for tracks that you have paid for and downloaded from Tracklib. 



You are not allowed to

  1. do any of those things that you are prevented from doing by this Agreement so please read it thoroughly and carefully. If you have any questions, please contact us at ;
  2. share, copy, rip or capture, or attempt to copy, rip or capture, any Content, or other content on our Site, other than by purchasing Content in accordance with this Agreement;
  3. use any part of the Content (or any content) on our Site for commercial purposes without obtaining a written license to do so from us;
  4. make any attempt to remove the watermarks from the Content;
  5. infringe our intellectual property rights or those of any third party in relation to your use of our Site and/or the Content
  6. harvest any information or data from our Site or attempt to decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running any service and/or
  7. infringe the rights of any rightsholders including rightsholders of the Content on our site and rightsholders of any third party content you use


Registration and payment

You should be mindful of any communication requesting that you submit credit or debit card or other account information as this can result in identity theft. Always access your membership and subscription information by directly visiting and not through a hyperlink in an email or other communication even if it looks genuine.

Intelectual property rights

We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our site, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.

You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page(s) from our site for your personal use and you may draw the attention of others to content posted on our site.

Limitation of our liability under this agreement 

Nothing in these terms or this Agreement excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, or our fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all conditions, warranties, representations or other terms which may apply to our site or any content on it, whether express or implied. 


If you are a business user (but not a consumer), please note that in particular, we will not be liable for:


  • loss of profits, sales, business, or revenue;
  • business interruption;
  • loss of anticipated savings;
  • loss of business opportunity, goodwill or reputation; or
  • any indirect or consequential loss or damage.





We do not guarantee that our Site will be secure or free from bugs or viruses.

  3. cut off or limit your access to our Site, Content and/or your registration,


and in each of the above cases, you will remain liable for all amounts due from you up to and including the date of termination. 

Applicable law

These terms of use and this Agreement its subject matter and its formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims), are governed by English law. You and we both agree to that the courts of England will have non-exclusive jurisdiction
