According to my math skills, this week - the 520th - marks the 10th anniversary of the STBB's. To celebrate, I've looked into some tracks that took us back to 2007. I was shocked when I got into researching the mainstream hiphop scene in 2007. Wackness, wackness, wackness. But wait! One tune particularly stood out. Mostly because of this video of a cool, bootyslapping ginger kid getting down to the track: I'm talking about Flo-Rida and T-Pain singing their timeless classic "Get Low", which is a great representation of all the awful shit that went on in 2007. So here's the challenge. The "Get Low Like It's 2007" Week (STBB 10 year anniversary celebration) --- Samples --- Here are a bunch of samples - some of 'em are kind of stupid: http://www70.zippyshare.com/v/5nsKi0qy/file.html Here's the "Get Low" acapella: http://www112.zippyshare.com/v/7umfOEDF/file.html --- Rules --- 1) Use at least one of the provided samples 2) Outside everything is OK 3) No time limit 4) MANDATORY: Integrate parts of the "Get Low" acapella in your beat somehow. Tiny chopped parts are ok (We should be able to hear it though). Or the whole thing, if you wanna. You decide. 5) MANDATORY: Make some music, that the ginger kid from the YouTube-video in the top link would get down to! 6) OPTIONAL: Extra points (!) for syncing your beat up with the video of said ginger kid dancing and posting it as a video on the board along with your Soundcloud link. 7) MANDATORY: Have fun! The Fine Print: Upload your beat to Soundcloud, include "STBB 520" in the title, and POST TO THIS FORUM by Wednesday at Midnight, Pacific time. Try to leave as much feedback as you can and you will receive it back. For easy browsing's sake, you can also go to the STBB page: http://www.soundclou.../stbbcollection EVERYONE VOTES - by Friday at Midnight, Pacific time Winner: post new sample, rules, etc by Saturday at Noon, Pacific time and upload the sample here: http://www.zippyshare.com

I filed grievence because I became well versed in the HR world. It took me awhile to build up the confidence to do it but once you do it and you know rights as an employee/ documentation/good advice ( or have a good Union) you start to learn alot of companies are lawsuit scared...California for one has so many laws in favor of employees , it's crazy.....then I went on a leave and turned around and found a better job and quit .....haha And got paid the whole time. Then entire time was on leave they started shuffling ---moving/ demoting people the main person I had a problem with resigned . My grievance had nothing to do with the protected classes neither ( race, gender, religion, sexual orientation) ect it was simply on job performance Ive been apart of the corporate world for awhile and it's a lot of B/S (kiss ass, favoritism ect...) Your most important weapon against anything work related is documentation
